Hello

Everytime I try to make a new post, or after a few minutes on the forum, it logs me off and I have to log back in for the post to go through and such. This has been happening for the past few days to me and its not happening anywhere else.... Anyone know what could be wrong or is this happening to anyone else? And I really don't want to click remember me, I would like to log in everytime I visit the forum but not every few minutes like this...

Thanks

FRM

Well, it's happened to me once or twice, but not recently. I'm always logged in though, unlike you, so my situation may be a bit different.

You shouldn't have to log in constantly, unfortunately I don't know a fix for this.

This could have something to do with your cookies. On my old computer I had this problum a lot beecuse it wasn't saveing my information, and every time the page reloaded I had to log back in.

Yes, it definitely sounds like a cookie issue. Be sure that cookies are enabled on your web browser.

Hey Phil... As long as we're talking about "logging off"...
I'm getting a weird message when trying to view a new member's profile. This is still permitted under the forum's rules, right? And yet I get a message saying that my account doesn't have sufficient privileges, asking me if I'm trying to edit someone else's posts or access the administrator options which I'm clearly not trying to do.

Thought you ought to know, hope this isn't a bug brought on by the server upgrade.

What's funny, Count, is that I get that same message when trying to read new profiles.

It sounds like this is happening for new members that haven't yet been 100% approved and activated. Once complete you should be able to see all the info.
