Apairently they will be puppeteer-controlled animatronics like "Lucky The Dinosaur". I guess Bunsen will be "driving" some sort of vehicle and Beaker will be onboard while they have some more hidden puppeteers in the Park doing close aproximations of voices.

Sounds...interesting....
