Now it is working. I had seen the message before that said I had live365 but now this time I was able to get it downloaded ( I thought if it said I had it then the downlaod must have already taken place). Also, it selected the 33k modem as my speed but I switched it up to 56k ( that's what my modem was when I got my computer in 2002).
Anyway, it's coming in nice and clear now. Thank you and forgive me for my technical incompetence. Also thank you Mrs. Pepper for offering your assitance too.
