Now it is working. I had seen the message before that said I had live365 but now this time I was able to get it downloaded ( I thought if it said I had it then the downlaod must have already taken place). Also, it selected the 33k modem as my speed but I switched it up to 56k ( that's what my modem was when I got my computer in 2002).
Anyway, it's coming in nice and clear now. Thank you and forgive me for my technical incompetence.
