I just thought of one that would be hilarious...

Tommy Wisseau (sp) of "The Room". I was watching the Nostalgia Critic's review of that film and I thought, wouldn't it be funny if this guy worked with The Muppets on something? I can imagine him saying to Rowlf, "Oh, hai doggy!"

Ellen DeGeneres and "Weird Al" Yankovic are definitely my top two choices. Other performers I'd like to have seen are Loreena McKennitt and Enya, and maybe Celtic Woman.

I just thought of something - I would love if a new Muppet Show, in addition to Very Special Guest Stars, had cameos of famous people actually playing roles within the show, the same way 30 Rock will have Conan playing himself but have Steve Buscemi show up as a character. I feel like there's a ton of potential there.
