Thought I'd try my hand at one of these, especially after Xerus and others peeked my interest in finding out about some of my fave cartoon characters. BTW... Couldn't find it on Voice Chasers, but...
Given the sound of Ms. Ortiz's voice, I believe she may also provide the voices of Digit the Pixy of Knowledge (Techna's bonded pixy) from Winks Club, and the Maiden In Love Duel Monsters TCG duel monster from Yu-Gi-Oh GX the Series.

I've seen the name Lisa Ortiz in a lot in 4Kids cartoons, but I couldn't remember which characters she did.

Ms. Ortiz seems to have two distinct voices from those Fox/Four Kids shows... One normal semi-dramatic voice, and her high-pitched voice. Which also makes me think she voices Mandy on Totally Spies, but not sure.
If I post another of these... I'm thinking of using a different format, maybe focusing on the characters I like so as to know who voiced them rather than a list of a particular actor. Which, confidentially, is how I find them on Voice Chasers easier.

Sure, you can do whatever works best for you. When I think of my favorite cartoon characters, I think of these actors and actresses who voice them and learn about the other characters they've done.
