Lips, making a comeback?

Well, he sure is kicking...BRASS!

Lips has been in a few productions recently, Rockerfeller, the Muppet Snow White, though I think Zoot should have been Dopey, Lips as Sleepy, and Clifford as 'Funky', but, seriously, Lips seems like he's going to be in the band more, especially if he's gonna be in the possible future Muppet Movie, but I doubt it, since Steve will preform Kermit, Rizzo, Beaker... But, Lips hardly spoke, so someone else could play him, right?

I can just picture a possible joke for the movie or a new show...

Piggy: Kermit, I want to give you the biggest, wettest kiss ever, right on those lips of yours!
Kermit: ...On the Lips?
Piggy: Yeah, Pucker up!
And Kermit drags Lips into his place, getting the trumpet player smooched.

HA! that would actually be pretty funny to see! I'd love to see that. (but ouch, i doubt Lips would escape unscathed by Piggy, even if he was pretty innocent)

He could have been the one to tell Kermit to use the joke.

"Anythin for a laugh..." As he falls backwards.
