Does anyone remember a musical skit about life in the city and the country?

The first part showed a female Anything Muppet dressed kind of like Pollyanna, on a farm setting. With a sweet farm-girl voice, she sings a song about living in the country. The last line went:
"Oh lady-oh, oh lady-ee. Life in the country is the life for me."

The second part showed a male AM dressed like (if I remember correctly) like a pimp standing at night on a city street. Occasional vehicles drive by. With a very 70s jive accent, he sings a song about living in the city. The only line I remember was (inexact) "<something>out on the stoop, that's where the cats all meet." Even the music was now a city/nightclub/piano sound.

They went back to the first scene
Country girl: "Oh I'd love to see the city, all the buses and the lights"

Then the second.
City guy: "And I can/just dig the country with its, trees and starry nights"

The third part showed both scenes in a split screen (one camera) as they continued singing their respective "lady-oh" parts as they danced back and forth into each other's domain. Just before the end, a milk truck drove from the country into the city -- perhaps to emphasize the economic relationship between the two?

Note that this skit is not to be confused with the AM adaptation of "The City Mouse and the Country Mouse". You know, where the city mouse has a piano and eats pizza, but the cat "...just wants to catch us, and eat us, for dinner."

Not only that, but a cow walked onto the city side.

This clip could be found in two Noggin shows: 1091 and 3156 (unless they edited it from this show; I don't have the Noggin version).

When I first saw this thread title the city mouse and country mouse was what came to mind. But I never saw the one you described. But the title and some of the words also bring to mind the theme song of my beloved "Green Acres". I wonder if this SS musical skit was based at all on it. The words of that classic theme song go:

Oliver: Green Acres is the place to be. Farm living is the life for me. Land spreading out so far and wide. Keep Manhattan just give me that country side.
Lisa: New York is where I'd rather stay. I get allergic smelling hay. I just adore a penthouse view. Dahling I love you but give me Park Avenue.
Oliver: The chores
Lisa: The stores.
Oliver: Fresh air.
Lisa: Times Square
Oliver: You are my wife.
Lisa: Goodbye city life.
Together: Green Acres we are there!

Oh wow...am I dating myself here!
Yeah...I remember this one!
I remember though that after the girl & boy sang about how they'd want to visit where each one lives, the girl sang,"I sure would miss the chickens....all the horses cows & ducks..."
Then the guy sang "And I would miss the busy sound of buses cars & trucks."
