Is it me, or did the Rich Little episode seem to be the only time Lenny the Lizard appeared without his pointed teeth? I saw a picture of him during the "Incworm" sketch and didn't see his teeth at all.

Personaly, I think he looked better without his teeth.

Wasn't the original Inchworm sketch on the Ed Sullivan show (or was it "Sam and Friends"?) Kermit himself?

It was both, but they used Lenny because he wasn't as well-known as the frog, and also because Kermit was such a beloved character.
