Latex Jurassic Park Puppet

Anyone have any idea where I can find one of those latex/plush Jurassic Park hand puppet dinosaurs? I've tried ebay and they have the newer ones, but not the one I am thinking of that Toys R Us carried a few years ago.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, the big ones! And the Rex ideally, but I'd settle for a Raptor if it comes to it.
