He means since the midnight deadline has passed, has there been a desiscion regarding cost and when/how much/ and where to send the $$$
What exactly about Crank Yankers rule ???? It was funny 15 years ago when the Red tapes came out, it was mildly ammusing 10 years ago when Bart Simpson did it. Now it seem rude for the shock value and nothing more.
