This show is now on DVD! Do you remember watching this Chimpy James Bond spoof? Did and younger people like myself watch this show in reruns in the 80s, also? I know It began in the 70s.

Never heard of it. Is there like a link with information about it somewhere?

I remember watching Lancelot Link. It was so clever.
I believe it was intended as a parody of Get Smart.

I would love to have it on DVD.

A Parody of Get Smart? A Parody of a Parody? That's pretty rediculous.

I was addicted to Lancelot Link, it took me forever to memorize the theme song. I used to watch it along with Krofft Superstars and The Banana Bunch Hour.

Well you do have to admit there is a very strong similarity to Maxwell Smart, Agent 99 and the Chief of Control with Lance Link, his female co-agent Mata Hain and the Chief of Ape, isn't there?

Actually, I've never seen it. I thought about getting the DVD, though. I just think it's funny when somone parodies a parody. it's like a box in a box in a box, etc. I call it the infinity vortex
