Storytime:
The other day I came across a website to petition to put Labyrinth back in theatres. They only needed 500 signatures to consider the idea...I was 496 or something...I wish I thought to post that link here but I wasn't that smart, though I do remember I found it through a newsgroup on groups.yahoo.com. Then the other night I was in search of a good movie to go to and I came across "The Way We Were" playing in some small Manhattan theatre. I got to thinking, if the way we were can have a theatre, why can't Labyrinth? People, this needs to happen. Can you imagine how phenominal a weekly midnight showing of Labyrinth would be? I was too young to remember seeing Labyrinth in theatres, and I woudl give almost anything to see it on the big screen, or even better--the imax. We can't let this movie be forgotten, it is too perfect.
