Kitty is still alive!

My sister & I took our cat Jebbie to the vet earlier today. He (the vet) took a look at Jebbie & didn't think Jebbie needed to be put to sleep (just because of a lingering cold) So he took a few X rays of Jebbie's nasal passages and (unfortunately) there is something stuck un there. Good news: It isn't cancerous so that's good.Bad news.If we want it taken out,it's a big chunk of change.So between my mother my sister & myself,we're going to see what the story is.Jebbie has another appointment in 2 weeks .
Jebbie seems a bit more alert today than he has in awhile.So this is good.

I wish I could quote ALL of you like I used to be able to in the OLD MC. But I want to thank you all for your concern for Jebbie. Right now he's on a decongestant & it's working a little bit.

Best of luck for the thing in his nose. In any case it's great that it isn't cancer. I hope you can budget to take it out if it's going to cause him any pain or discomfort at some time.

He's still sniffling & sneezing (unfortunately) But we'll see what the vet says in a couple of weeks. I'm just glad he didn't have to leave us sooner than expected. He's on a medication that's a pain in the butt to give him. So (since my reflexes aren't too quick) my sister gives the pill to him.
(PS...nothing to do w/my cat . I was watching the episode that has your signature.I think Fozzie needed typing lessons before Kermit rusted him to write the script for that episode!)
