Kevin Clash as Baby Bear

I was once told that Kevin Clash originally performed Baby Bear. I saw his first appearance from 1991, and I couldn't tell if it was or not. A lot of Kevin Clashes charachters sound very similar to David Rudman's. For example the AM with the Black Curly hair in the 6 kids playing at the end of the day sketch. At first I couldn't tell if it was Kevin Clash or David Rudman. Oh well is there anyone who knows a lot about Sesame Street who knows the answer to this for sure??

Baby Bear is definitely played by David Rudman. I know this to be a fact.
