I know it took place at Kermit's studio, but:

(1) What happens in this sketch?

(2) How is it?

(3) If there's ending music in there, how did it go?

(4) What Muppets are featured in the sketch besides Kermit?

4 questions please!

1. Kermit has a weather map along with some cardboard weather icons (cloud, sun, snowman, etc..) He instructs Cookie Monster to put the icons on the map in the appropriate spots, but ends up eating them. A full description may be found at
http://forum.muppetcentral.com/showthread.php?t=16523
and scroll down to "Other weather sketches"

2. IMHO not one of the funniest, but still enjoyable.

3. I'm pretty sure there was some music at the end, and maybe even some intro music for the "presentation".

4. Cookie Monster was also in it.

Wasn't there one with Simon Soundman, where it was raining "cats and dogs"?
