Quote from artical: "Sesame Street's Kermit the Frog will be grand marshal of the Port of San Diego Big Bay Balloon Parade. The green frog character will be the honored guest at the 18th annual waterfront event at 9 a.m. on Dec. 29. The parade will proceed along Harbor Drive and feature 22 giant inflated characters -- the most of any parade in the country, sponsors say."
