I think his mouth looks big because it is a little too pointed and longer in the front throwing it off a bit.

Yeah not only pointed but angular. There's a subtle curve from teh corners of Kermit's mouth to the front of his mouth. That one looks like there's just a straight line between these points. Perhaps he's already improved upon it and is selling the old one.. :smile:

Oh, yeah, that's the problem. His mouth is definitely supposed to be curved, not straight. But even more important, he's missing the Henson "C" in the corners.

Hey this is puppetmancan, thank you for some of your complements and pointers. although some were kinda queeny. anyways hi, This is my first kermit and robin. I have made a new head and mouth plate that will be flexable. I think robin is pretty dead on, just the smoothing of the mouth tip, but certainly not a glorified sock puppet. The originals do have a curve to them, but made more of one to correct the problem. take care. talk soon.:smile:
