Kermit Faucet Cover?

Hi everyone!

While I was in NYC the other day, my family and I went into this collectible store and I bought this Kermit faucet cover.... at least that's what we think it is. My Mom cleaned it off and that's what she came up with. Is this definite? I don't know the year that it's from, but it's rubber and the figure itself is Kermit, with rotating neck, sitting in a bathtub filled with bubbles and there is a bar of soap and a purple fish inb the tub with him. Any info would be appreciated.

Hard to say without seeing it, but it might be a soap holder, that you put the soap in the bath tub.

yep, soap dish.It would be great to see a pic.Never seen one before.Only a sigma pool dish.

I'm pretty sure that it's not because it has a hole in the bottom and a hole in the back. Plus, there's no place to put the soap

Youre right! It is a cover to put over the spout pipe of the bath tap.Here is a pic.
