John Denver and the Muppets songbook

I just got my copy in the mail. Aside from some small graphic reshuffling, the songbook has been reprinted in its original form. The only song that does not appear is "It's in Every One Of Us," which is omitted due to copyright restrictions (and wasn't included in the original book for the same reason.)
