1.what was the last projects and ideas henson did/started before he died (in general)?
2.what was the last muppet related thing he did and when?
3.what was the last sesame street related thing he did and when?
4.and what are the last recordings he did? released or not?

ummm.... I know Muppet 3D vision was just compleated or in last stages (I think it was the last thing he compleated), the Muppet Christmas carol was an idea/being worked on, Dinosours I think was in there somewhere, umm... my minds going blank, you should go and check to see if your library has the book "jim Hensons the Works" by Christoper Fitch, its very good and has alot about that time period (cuz I think it was writen in 93-95, after Hunt died, cuz theres a dedication to him in there also) hope this helps!
