I've tried ordering this in the past -- as has a friend of mine who intended to get it for me as a gift. They've done nothing but play email games. I would recommend calling on the phone if you're series about buying it.

And by the way, that $60.00 is for the unpainted bust. If you want it painted, it's another $200 or something like that.

I purchased the bust from them about a year ago. I didn't really have any problems getting it. It's a very nice piece. Some of the Muppet characters aren't 100% accurate, but I still love it. It would be a bit difficult to paint for a beginner though. I still haven't completely finished it, even though I am an experienced modeler. The best part is the little Dinosaurs characters.
