Jim Henson/Kermit muppet poster or t-shirt?

I remember seeing a poster or t-shirt some years ago with Kermit the Frog sitting on Jim Henson's tombstone. Kermit either had his signature sad look on his face or a tear in his eye, I can't remember which. Does anyone else remember this? I can't find it ANYWHERE.

It's a little along the same lines as the Mel Blanc tribute picture called Speechless released just after Mel Blanc died.

The only thing I can think of that even comes close is the LIFE magazine cover where Kermit is sitting on the edge of Jim Henson's empty Director's chair with an oh-so-sad look on his face.

Every time I see it I want to cry.

I looked at that in some archives here and that's not the one. This one was reminiscent of the Kermit Clein ads as I think it was black and white. I've talked to one other person who remembers it but still can't find it anywhere. Anyone?
