Jazz song in Triangle and Square Cartoon

I've been searching all over for this jazz song that was played in the triangle and square cartoon from the July 69 Pilot Episode.

I found a snippet of this song in a Crown Royal Commercial that aire a few years back.

Would anyone happen to know the name of the artist?

It's "Waltz in Mean Time" by David Lee, from the KPM library.
