Can't remember if this is mentioned in the Muppet Morsels for the Valerie Harper ep of TMS (not mentioned in the guide on this web site) but I spotted a performer (possibly Jim Henson) during the Swedish Chef sketch. You can see the top of the performer's head and their back as well.

Incidentally, that is the weirdest Chef sketch I have seen.

I'll be sure to look for the puppeteer next time I watch it!

um wouldn't the cakes performer be under the table?
I would think if you see Jim Hensons head it would be because he's performing the Swedish Chef. *shruggs*

I said that you could see a performer, but I did not say which character was being performed.

Check the back-right of the screen and you will see the performer in question.

Oh, yes, I spotted that long ago.

The performer in question is Richard Hunt, who plays the part of the cake.

Glad to be of help!

The head's in the wrong position for it to be Jim or Frank - it's off by the end of the table while the Chef is talking and picking up the bat. The hair's also a clue - of the five principal performers, Richard seems to be the only one with that kind of curly hair.
