Most acronyms exclude the initials of short function words (like "and", "or", "of", or "to"). So I don't think it'd be "Movie of the Week", unless the one responsible for the acronym broke that particular rule.

Just out of curiosity, but where did you find this acronym in film and television, D'Snowth?

Well, as some of you may know, when I wrote to Kathy Greenwood, she sent me a copy of her resume to help me make my fan-site more complete and detailed. Some of the credits on her resume have (MOW) next to the title. The more I think about it, I guess "Movie Of the Week" would make sense, because those credits are films she did, that are listed under her work in television.
