I've got a few questions about Terminator 2.

If you recalled when Miles Dyson ( The black scientist guy played by Joe Morton) after he got shot by the swat team then when the good guys left the room, what was it with Dyson making those funny noises while holding on that device next to the explosives?

How could he know about the technology inside the CPU of the first Terminator?

And did anyone thought Miles making those funny noises was funny?
