I'm not sure if Luke is legally allowed to present a Golden Muffin, but since he's awarding it to Jackie and me, then I guess it counts... this time.

Luke's not allowed to do a lot of thing legally...i doubt that's ever stopped him though. and besides, how is it illegal for one to present a golden muffin? or is this more about the restraining order than anything else?

Well the Academy of Muffin Sciences has rules for these awards.
