DVD Debate announces that it is widescreen.
Amazon.co.uk does not provide information.
But this Ebay listing says it is full screen.
I was going to order it, but how can we be sure that it's widescreen?

I have the US Region 1 DVD and I just compared some of the screen captures that the DVD Debate review posted - their screencaps are obviously widescreen and I can confirm they do indeed feature more image to the left and right of the image found on the US DVD!

So although I don't have the UK DVD (although it's now on my list!) judging by their review/images - yes the UK DVD is the fabled unbroadcast widescreen edition. Now the important question is are their any other differences in this print? Do we actually continue to see the Muppets sing at the end, is Snoop Dogg in there?!?!

I already have 2 DVDs of A Muppet Family Christmas - now I have to buy this special again too!!!
