Is this Henson Signature/Sketch authentic?

Hi Everyone:

I picked up this Jim Henson signature/sketch on eBay from a comic-art gallery, and it seems too darn good to be true (a total impulse buy!). I've seen others like it, but I just don't know.

Have folks seen sketches/sigs like this before? Is there any way to authenticate that won't cost me three times as much as the sketch itself?
