Is there a Blu-Ray + DVD combo pack for The Muppet Movie?

As far as I can tell The Muppet Movie is only available on Bluray + Digital Copy or just DVD. I would just get it on blu-ray but I do watch movies at my desk a lot with this small dvd player that has a little flip up screen, as well as watching them during trips. I'd really prefer not to buy them separately. Also is there a Blu-ray dvd pack of Muppets Christmas carol (aside from the 40 DOLLAR amazon version)

Anyway OP as previously mentioned in Canada there is a Blu Ray DVD combo which I own. I would have preferred a Blu Ray Digital Copy combo but they don't sell that up here lol
