Is the new Miss Piggy in fleece or flocked foam?

Watching the lame Pepe extra about Miss Piggy on the new release of Muppet Caper and it looks to me like the Piggy that appears with Pepe is now covered in Fleece, instead of being flocked foam. Can anyone confirm this? It didn't change the overall look too much, but did alter the way the mouth puckers and certain things like that. Seems to be the same story with the new Statler and Waldorf.
