Is the forum wider?

If I do that, my monitor gets mad at me (a blue box pops up telling me to please switch to a higher resolution. Picky, picky!)

It's not the computer, I just have a newish monitor that wants to be in high res. so it complains about it.

My computer has a mind of it's own, so sometimes I see the page narrower, so I miss the black borders on each side.

I've always had black borders. I just thought it was part of the layout:embarrassed:

It is, it's just that the higher the screen setting you're using on your computer, the wider the black borders are because of the way the table of the forum is laid out.

Visual aid...

MC in 800x600

MC in 1024x768

See? It's all in your prefered resolution. In my opinion, the forum looks better in the 1024x768 setting mainly because it's what I've used for years and what I'm used to (not to mention that most sites, including KGZ hint-hint, are optimized for that setting), though comparing the two, most people might say it looks better in 800x600.
