The Japanese co-production aired on TV Tokyo so it's one of the two channels.

Seems that it's from the newer co-production. That skit is relatively new, around the time Sesame Street Japan was about to start.

On that subject, here's a clip from the Japanese dub of Elmo's Magic Cook Book.

Yeah, they even dubbed that Bam guy. Of course, the dub looks great for the Muppet characters, lousy for the live action humans.
