Inspiration for Johnny Fiama

I can't decide who Johnny Fiama was modeled after (if anyone), in both looks and personality. I'm thinking either Frank Sinatra or Tony Bennett. Tony Bennett would probably make more sense, since Johnny was heavily featured in that ep. Or is he supposed to be someone else entirely?

Sinatra with a bit of Tony. I would say voice wise he's more Sinatraish and look wise he has some Dino in him as well as some young Tony.

In numerous interviews, Bill Barretta has said that Johnny is based on the personalities of his father and grandfather.

I know that "Fiama" is a mixing of the words in Mafia. I thought there was an article about Bill Baretta either here at MC or at Toughpigs.com, but can't find it at either place. He had a description of where Johnny and Pepe come from.
