In my school library, they have 4 books called "TV Season" covering the 1974-1975 through the 1977-1978 season. The books list every series and specials that aired in those seasons. They list two specials that I had never even heard of from the 1974-1975 season, and they also list original airdates for season premieres in the Sesame Street entries.

How can that be? 11/8/77 was a Tuesday. Does this mean the season premiered on 11/7/77 (Monday) or on a Tuesday like TV Season says?

If the season began around that time, then that means the Hawaii episodes aired right around Christmas time.
