Warrick, I can't remember; but, I think it was from someone's pictures of the exhibit at the university where the cool statue of Jim and Kermit was released. (Funny that nobody remarked over the avatar of Me, Muley, and Santa--the first Non-Fozzie Bear avatar since we started putting them up here!)

I didn't want to buy from ebay if I could help it, btw. Any other online places similar to Amazon.com?
