All right, if you read my last two posts on the last Muppet TV Movie Ideas thread, you probably know what I'm suggesting. I gave it a lot of thought, and I think it'd be kind of cool to have ALL of us just write our own script and submit it to JHC (although, I have to tell you, it is HIGHLY unlikely that JHC will use our script, but it'd be fun just the same)

OK, here's how it works:

1) Post a Muppet Movie idea to this thread (must be somewhat original, can't be a sequel, unfotunately, I don't think a Muppet sequel would work)
2) At the end of the next two weeks, we will select the top ten movie ideas. I will post those ideas on another thread, and you will all have to vote on which idea is your favorite.
3) I'll start yet another thread, this one will be specificly for script ideas. Everyone will be able to post their ideas for various moments in the script that would revolve around the story. (I'll explain more of the script thing in the future)
4) Get to work with those ideas!

AGAIN, IT IS HIGHLY UNLIKELY THAT JHC WILL ACCEPR OUR SCRIPT, THIS IS ONLY FOR FUN! So, have fun!

Okay, apparently, nobody liked my idea. I've got a new one , though, that's basically the same thing, but it'd be more fun to do. Hey, remember, this is just something I thought would be fun! Like the Muppet Show role playing game. OK, the new format is this: It is no longer a contest-like thing. The new version is just going to have this board set up as a discussion as to what the basic ideas, and plot points will be. In case you find this post confusing, my next post will be an example of what I'm talking about.

All right. I think our story idea should either take place in the Muppet Theater, or be something totaly original like the first three Muppet films. (original idea sounds better to me)
Our main characters should be all of our favorites that haven't been around for a while, and those who have: Kermit, Fozzie, Piggy, Gonzo, Rizzo, Pepe, Rowlf, Scooter, Electric Mayhem Band, Johnny, Sal, Beauregard, Seymour (?), Sweetums, Bunsen, Beaker, & Robin. (you continue this list if you want, or, if you can think of anyone else) Each character should have equal importance to the story.

Well, what do you think?

P.S. Fozzie Bear, this is what I needed your help with.

Good! Someone's getting into this! Now, did you mean ONLY them, or did you mean you wanted them to have a bigger part?

I personally, would like Johnny and Sal to have an integral part in this story. I mean, they were well featured in the christmas movie but their actions didn't seem to effect the plot whatsoever. I want them to at least provide a single plot movement, I need my monkey.

Right. I think most of our main characters' roles should have some signifigance. They shouldn't just be there to be funny (although, they should be funny) they should have specifics. Salmoto, once we figure out our story, how would you like to figure out their part in it?

Oh, and another thing. I think we should deffiniately hae some in-jokes. Like, I would like to have a scene where Fozzie and Scooter are sitting down watching Giligan's Island reruns and sharing jokes out of the backs of old TV Guides. (This is taken from a line in the book "Of Muppets and Men". The wirter brings out how he could picture the two of them doing just this.)

It wasn't old TV Guides, it was old issues of Reader's Digest (I just got that book for Christmas today  I'm so happy!).
