I'd still recommend having your blood pressure checked. Maybe try and go on a healthier diet and get some more excersise.

Has it caused any permanent damage like one side is completely paralyzed?

No mate they are only mini-strokes which are still horrible especially since I'm 15

Oh for sure. They're definitely a scary experience. All I can say is I wish a full recovery and hope the best.
