I like Labyrinth, and so far everyone has made some really good adventure/fantasy lists. I really enjoy Willow, The Princess Bride, The Mummy Goonies, LOTR Trilogy, Star Wars Trilogy (4, 5 & 6) and Indiana Jones Trilogy. Here's a few I would add

-Hellboy
-Army of Darkness (can't bring myself to think of this one as a horror like the Evil Deads)
-Pirates of the Caribbean
-League of Extraordinary Gentlemen (okay, so their interpretation of their literary characters was warped, what's Dorian Grey supposed to do? Knit while he's being shot at? It's still bloody good fun)
-Superman 1 & 2
