If Gonzo might like....

I was wondering. If everyone considers The Great Gonzo a geek, do you suppose he'd like all the things most geeks fancy, like computers, Star Trek, Dungeons and Dragons, Pokemon, comic book and sci-fi conventions?

Well in modern slang geek means nerd, but a more classic definition of geek means sideshow freak. From the Oxford English Dictionary: "a carnival ‘wild man’ whose act usually includes biting the head off a live chicken or snake" or "a dumb sideshow stooge whose daily routine consists of being exhibited in a pit which he has to dig for himself."

Although I'm sure Gonzo does like the typical 'geek' things...

I too feel like I'm a geek, which is why I can relate to Gonzo.

You know, I can just imagine all of us together playing Dungeons and Dragons with Gonzo as our Dungeon Master. That'd be fun.

I'm a geek,have been since childhood,not ashamed of it.I can see Gonzo being facinated with all of the technology of today.I can hear him say,'Wow! What a terrific idea!' He could look up all kinds of info. on chickens on the internet.
