I wonder who composed the music for the "Lost Dog" film?

I believed it was composed by Richard Harvey. I remember it had to kids in a bedroom. A girl draws a poodle dog with her red Crayola marker. As they show it to the poster factory on making lost dog signs.

This piece of music was actually composed by Mark "Moogy" Klingman. Apparently he was well known in the 70s, and he wrote several other film scores for SS, such as "Llama at the Dentist."
