I was at Walmart today, and on my way out I glanced at the claw-game thingy and I saw a Gonzo! He was dressed like a Pilgrim and was holding a pumpkin. So I fished out 50 cents, and I won him on the first try! Those games are usually a rip-off, but I'm so glad I tried this time! Has anyone else won some muppety goodness lately?

You are so lucky! I tried to win an Ernie and an Oscar (I think) at a Walmart last month, but the claw just wouldn't hold. (We canna do it captain, we don't have the power!) I also tried to win a Big Bird or Cookie Monster at the State Fair here in Iowa, but apparently I'm not a strong enough man to do it. :frown: Maybe next year, sigh...

Anyway, congrats on the Gonzo win!

Your SOOOOOO Lucky. In Australia you wouldn't be caught dead fishing a Muppet doll out of a claw machine. But then again you wouldn't be caught dead getting anything to do with muppets over here, besides the occasional DVD, video, or rarely seen Actin figure. :mad:
