.. specifically about the McDonald's ads and comercials in general being aired to sponser Sesame Street...

Any guidelines?

BTW, how long is an editorial supposed to be?

That's a hard question to answer. It really depends how much ground you are trying to cover in the piece.

It's good to sometimes ask... "Does this part enhance my point or does it slow things down and nobody would miss it?" That being said, it's always easier to shorten something a little bit, then to add a lot to it.

The way I've heard about length is the woman's skirt therory - long enough to cover everything yet short enough to keep it interesting. Good advise on all your writing.

I meant as a cut off... if there was a space, designated by words, that's the maximum.

I may/ may not do this, and if so, I may not get started this week. A lot of stuff I forgota about came up...
