I want to make my stage a puppet!!!!

Ok I promised some really good help questions so here is my first I have a typical puppet stage low front tier and higher back tier, But after seeing a wonderful fire place puppet here on one of the posts I got this idea I want to make my stage a puppet and part of the show. Which means a flat face muppet mouth puppet with the moving eyes. Now I saw how to make the mechanism but how do I make the flat face with a place in the mouth for a had to work it????

im the guy with the fireplace puppet... or atleast we used to have it...lol... i got the latex face built by Steve Axtell at Axtell puppets... its their "BIG BOOK" puppet face...

I know thats probably not what you are really asking here... but i just thought i would give steve credit for it anyways...
