You know Viacom is suing Youtube for one billion dollars!!!
Only cause they now know they have the money. If Google hadn't bought them out, they would still have them on their and nobody would sue for that much at least. They'd just get them to take them off. Is it right? Yes, I think so because that's their copyright. If they don't protect their copyright, they could lose it(I heard this on the news when they were talking about Hormel suing a company called SpamGuard or something like that because they use the name Spam)

I feel a song coming on...

When I first heard about Viacom deleting some of my favorites (mostly old Sesame Street), I posted this protest parody to my blog. Hope you like it!

You know, this reminds me of the record industry all over again. The big companys never like this type of thing, And then when they find out they can't beat it, they end up joining it. I don't believe it's the end for them at all. They again are just slow onto something new. It will cost to much money to keep up with then and the only option is to join forces with them. This is nothing new. When something beats the "system", it usually becomes the system.

Basically, they're sore losers in my opinion. They throw a fit (i.e. a lawsuit) because they didn't think and profit off the idea first! That and erhhmmmm it's not like if we're gonna pirate things...we're gonna find a way anyways. Look at MP3 trading...since that fit has been pitched music piracy still happens all the time. So why waste the money on lawsuits that really aren't gonna do anything? Because they have way too much money...speaking of which...Viacom if you have nothing else do to with your millions...forget the lawsuit...share the wealth this way!

Right, tem just not getting to it first a lot of whatI think the problem is. There really isn't a way to beat it. The internet is the greatest invention known to man right about now, and no matter how many sights that become well know get shut down, there will always be thirty more ready to go. It's just not possible to keep tabs on this kind of thing ever no matter what now. It will go on forever and these large corperations will just keep chasing after them forever with out ever being able to put an end to it. Like a tyrant *Cough, Microsoft, Wal-mart*, there will always be a next big one to come along. There always forced to "get with the program".. it's like napster and a bunch of others all over again. By the way, i've noticed a bunce og nick stuff missing all of a sudden. But some of it is cleverly hidden if you lokk in the right place. At least it seem's that wat, anyway. Vicico just thinks that a lot of money is going to scare people out of this or something.
