I need prayers

Hi every one i am having some back and neck problems all week long and i am going to the ciropractor later in the week it has been a long time since it has been this bad and i think it has come from me having shingles a few weeks ago that happens with a major illness . My muscles spasm and cramp down on my spial cord .

Pain a lot .

Please pray for me thanks everyone

the chiropractor helped a lot went this morning a bit sore but a lot better. it was my neck more than my back LOL .
