this show i'm watching on FOX called the Pulse...is talking about the Iraqi minister of information (you know who i'm talking about) he said he was like elmo, they both lived in their own little world. it had them split screen and everything...i laughed so hard....i think my mom thought i was insane....

No no no... You do not use the penguin for jokes, you use it to indicate that the message is serious, profound, sophisticated... worthy of characters who devote their lives to wearing tuxedos
