Well, I feel better now! Thanks everybody! I guess these kinda days just happen no matter what. Hey MrsPepper, you're from Canada, maybe you can help me out by telling more about these shows that Kathy's appeared in (i.e. Air Farce, This Sitcom Is...Not to be Repeated, This Hour has 22 Minutes, etc).

Sure thing.

Royal Canadian Air Farce (just known as the Air Farce) is a half-hour sketch comedy show on the CBC. They do parodys, a lot of political commentary, crazy characters, and original sketches (Like Jimmy and Seamus, the Donut Shoppe, Gilbert Smythe-Bite-Me, Jock Mc Bile's Get Stuffed (before that actor passed away), and tons of others). Their website is airfarce.com and they actually have alot of info, old clips, tons of stuff.

22 Minutes is similar. It's full title is This Hour has 22 Minutes, and it is a satirical news program. They do alot of sketches too, and their show is alot more political that Air Farce is. And each cast member has a crazy made-up newscaster name. Cathy Jones' is Cindy Dubisnchick or something like that. The comedy is a little more biting and less goofy, mostly social commentary. Some of their sketches include Marg the Warrior Princess (Mary Walsh dressed up like Xena with a lisp chasing politicians), the black and white commentary that Rick Mercer did, the crazy donut lady, the old native man, the two old ladies walking through the park, That Show Sucked, Mary Walsh dressed like a greasy sexist man. Also on the CBC.

This Sitcom is not to be repeated is on CTV, and I haven't seen it very many episodes. It's a half-hour comedy show, but the difference is this one is all improv!

Okay, so it's safe to assume that Kathy's calling is either sketch or improve comedy. Well, she's very good at it! I just wish people would stop thinking of her as a "weak link", and underrate her.

No, she's funny. I see her all over the air waves. I liked her on Whose Line, as she's one of (if not the) only women on the show.

If she was on Air Farce on season 7 on, there may be a clip on their site that she's on. :embarrassed: Link that on your site.

Unfortunately the 22 Minutes site is basically a placeholder. Nothing there worth looking at, except the flash intro.

Well, I'll tell ya! It's because I have MANY more friends over the internet (here at Muppet Central alone) than I do in my real life.

You know... Moi too. I just seem to get along weller (More well???) with people here than a lot of the people I know in real life. - But I guess it's because the people I know in real life mainly are people from my classes and the only thing we have in commen is that... we are danes?
I'm just saying, in here we are all here for one particular reason - We all completly lost it, are nuttier than fruitcakes, stark raving insane, totally... okay you get it!! (No offense - Actually I usually take that as a compliment. )

It sure is a weird new phenomenon - the thing about having friends in cyberspace that you've never seen. Well! I like it.

And as to what this thread was really about, hehe:
Try and relax. I know it's easier said that done, I'm trembling at the moment about the whole "College" thing. I just hope you'll soon get better.

Thanks again for more of your all's kind words. I feel a lot better today, and ready to stick my hand up a puppet's butt! Well okay, that bit was uncalled for but, I'm just feeling better today.

Agreed, there's a certain something about her besides the fact that she's funny, talented, and kinda cute  , that draws me to her. I know she has quite a number of fans out there (namely me!), but anymore, people are complaining that she kills Whose Line, which isn't true, she's alot better than Brad Sherwood, and he's on more than she was. And, just for your information, she's not the only woman (or Canadian) on Whose Line, but she was the only woman in the final cast. You've got me beat, here in America, the only place you can find her is if they play an episode of Whose Line with her in it, or on a cartoon series "George and Martha".

Hey, D'Snowth. How'd you get the PBS Gig? Maybe start a new thread about that (if you haven't already) because I'd like to get Muley started in all that. He's already the Official SpokesMule of the Ronald McDonald House of Memphis, but it'd be cool to have him over on PBS, too.
