Dr. Frankenstein: Don't get carried away. I haven't done anything yet.
Now ladies and gentlemen. My assistant Egor has strapped the Noise Guy in place and there is a beautiful raging thunderstorm outside. Now I shall pull this switch and the lightning rods will attract the lightning and channel the voltage down into this Noise Guy's body and bring him back to life.
