By the way does anyone happen to know how old Telly is. (Not his age on the show. I mean, how long has he been around?) I saw him in the pic on the Hooperfan page which was from 1981. So I don't know if that's when he came around or if he's older. I know Martin P. Robinson didn't join the show's cast until 1980, so I'm wondering if he had someone who performed him before Martin. (Like Mr. Snuffleupagus did) Can someone give me info on that?

That's okay, Foz. I found out at Toughpigs.com that he first appeared in 1979 and was played by some guy named Brian Muehl. Martin took over in 1984.
